豊富な鉄分
Rich in iron
この海藻は、天然由来の鉄分を豊富に含むように養殖されています。
その鉄分含有量は、豚レバーを上回り、ほうれん草の約13倍、ひじきの約37倍に相当します。
This seaweed is cultivated to be rich in naturally derived iron.
Its iron content exceeds that of pork liver and is equivalent to about 13 times that of spinach and 37 times that of hijiki.

Cultivated using only nutrient-rich underground seawater derived from the Kuroshio Current, this seaweed contains an abundance of minerals. It also contains well-balanced essential amino acids and is highly regarded as a nutritionally rich food.

日本初 陸上での
有機藻類JAS認証取得
黒潮を原水とした地下海水で育てることで、栄養価の高い あかねそうの安定生産が可能となり有機藻類JAS認証を取得ました。
By cultivating in the underground seawater from the Kuroshio Current, we are able to stably produce highly nutritious AKANESO®, and have obtained Japanese Agricultural Standards (JAS) certification for organic algae.
陸上養殖技術の開発
「あかねそう®」の陸上養殖技術を開発しました。
栽培にあたっては、8か所の地質と水質を調査し、「あかねそう®」に適した天然の黒潮由来の地下海水のみを使用しています。
Development of land-based
aquaculture technology
We have developed land-based cultivation technology for “AKANESO®”.
For cultivation, we surveyed the geology and water quality at eight locations and used only natural Kuroshio-derived underground seawater suitable for “AKANESO®”.
